1. The 7-day trial
Every new subscription begins with a 7-day trial. Your card is authorised at checkout but not charged. If you cancel any time before day 7, no charge is made and you owe nothing. If you do not cancel, your selected plan begins billing automatically on day 8.
2. 14-day money-back on the first paid month
If you are charged for your first paid month and decide within 14 days that the Service is not for you, email info@apexpulse.trade with your account email and reason. We will refund the first month's subscription fee in full, no questions asked. This applies once per customer.
3. Annual plans
You can cancel an annual plan at any time. On cancellation, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rated basis (months not yet consumed), less any monthly-rate adjustment if you used annual pricing during a period that, on a monthly-rate basis, would have exceeded the annual fee actually paid.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We do not refund monthly renewals after the first paid month, except where required by law (e.g. statutory cooling-off rights for consumers in certain jurisdictions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we will resolve legitimate issues quickly. Disputes raised directly with your card issuer (chargebacks) without first contacting us may result in suspension of the account pending resolution.
6. How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel from the account page in the terminal in one click, or email info@apexpulse.trade. For refund requests, include your account email and the order or invoice reference.
